Peaceful morning. Rafael began a week long Performing Arts Camp (groupon, 1/2 off since it’s 4th of July week and they don’t meet on Wed.) so another mom, her son, CD and I spend the day sweating our balls off at the gorgeous Duke Gardens then had lunch at the American Tobacco Company, refurbished mill now hipster extravaganza.  I wanted to stay in town for Rafael’s first day in case she was attacked by lions. You never know. They have been known to hunt thespians.
