Talk Typer -Super writing tool for those in need!
#writing #literacy Via @ictmagic
Talk Typer is a free, easy to use, speech recognition tool. Students can dictate a story one sentence at a time and Talk Typer will type it for them. Students can then listen to a recording to check accuracy. If they are satisfied they can move it down to the printing area.
Students could also type their story and have Talk Typer read it back to them. I’m sure this would benefit many students with writing difficulties.
Additionally, text can be copied, pasted and listened to.
This could be helpful for students who wanted to know how to spell a word.
I tried it…I liked it. This worked very well. It recognized every word I said. Amazing. Very nice tool!

I added Talk Typer to all the binders you see below.
