It’s hard for me to watch certain commercials because I can’t help but flash back to auditioning for them and some of the stupid shit an actor has to do in a commercial audition.

I was told once when I entered the room that I was a “housewife who is trying to make dinner and this cartoon hamburger will pop on my shoulder and offer to help”.

I asked, “So do you want me to be surprised to see this cartoon hamburger on my shoulder or am I more like, ‘oh, it’s that hamburger again.’”
