when your kid comes home and announces she has to go door to door tonight to sell the cards her school is pushing for a fundraiser…so she can get a sneaker key chain and maybe be in a drawing for …blah blah blah.

so here we go in the car. this will be a painful (but hopefully not too painful) life lesson. 

this is why state budget cuts suck ass.
